    (ed: TUMBLR WHY YOU NO POST CAPTION?) This is the mandarin creme liqueur I made this week. It’s a ten day vodka infusion of milk, sugar and orange slices. It is super creamy and rich and smells like a screwdriver. It’s so rich it needs to be cut with vodka or water. It’s crystal clear with a yellow-orange tint, but nearly colorless in a glass. I’m excited to experiment with it! It should make for interesting shooters I’m thinking!
